Dr. Lappen is a graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and has been in practice for over 25 years. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, Pennsylvania Optometric Association, Charter Member of the AOA Corneal and Contact Lens Section and the Westmoreland Chamber of Commerce.
